Fix TruckMate Session

Go to P: Drive > PCSetup > Tools. Open the Fix-TruckMate program. Follow on screen instructions, this tool disconnects your session from the TruckMate remote server to help fix any odd issues.

How to Join a Remote Support Session

1. Visit the support link provided or go to www.support.lyndendoor.com (http://support.lyndendoor.com) if you're given the code. 2. Click the Arrow button to join your session or enter the 3 digit code provided and click the arrow button. 3. Save the file if prompted to. 4. Open the downloaded file. 5. Click Yes at any User Account Control prompt. You'll receive a message in bottom right telling you that it's connected and you're waiting for your host.

Run Dell Diagnostic Test

1. Turn off the computer if it's already on. 2. Turn on the computer 3. At the Dell logo screen, press F12 key several times to enter One-time Boot Menu. Note: If it loads Windows then repeat process from step 1. 4. Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press the Enter key on the keyboard. 5. Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the Quick Test diagnostics.
