Fix TruckMate Session

Go to P: Drive > PCSetup > Tools. Open the Fix-TruckMate program. Follow on screen instructions, this tool disconnects your session from the TruckMate remote server to help fix any odd issues.

How to Join a Remote Support Session

Run Dell Diagnostic Test

1. Turn off the computer if it's already on. 2. Turn on the computer 3. At the Dell logo screen, press F12 key several times to enter One-time Boot Menu.
