First, close out of any Vanguard apps you may have open. 1. Click on the task tray arrow in the bottom right corner of your screen. 2. If you see an orange shield icon then right click on it then hit Exit (number 3 in the screenshot below) In the start menu or search bar, search for IMS21 Software Update and open it.
