1. In Outlook, under the Home tab, click New Items > Teams Meeting.
2. Fill out the Title, Attendees, and Message fields. Click Send.
Note: You can edit the meeting options by clicking "Meeting options" in the message area.
3. Meeting item will be created in your calendar. You can also copy the link for the meeting and provide it to any additional attendee without sending the email out again.
