New Hire Instructions

This process is meant to be used by supervisors to provide information to IT about new hires, or position changes that include new permissions or login credentials.


If you are certain that you will be needing new equipment, request it; even if you don't have a specific person chosen yet.

  1. Purchase Forms
    When filling out the peripheral form, please indicate any specific requests in the Notes field.
    The purchase request forms can be found HERE. Often times, higher spec or customized devices have a much longer delivery lead time - so, plan accordingly.
     
  2. Notify Payroll
    After doing so, proceed to the next step. The sooner we have the New Hire Form below, the better.
    New or updated users will need to be processed by payroll before we can proceed with custom configurations.
     
  3. New Hire Form
    If reusing hardware please identify the device with a serial/service tag/asset tag, so we can find it in our records.
    This can be found HERE. Once completed, we will configure the user account and send an email with login credentials.
