What you will need:
- Just plug in the power, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and network cable (even if it is a laptop that will run on wireless)
- Time
The Process:
- Windows will start loading when you turn on the PC
Before Starting, if your computer is a replacement for an existing machine, fill out the Replacement PC Form.
1. Select your Region (Canada or U.S.) and click Yes
2. Select US keyboard layout and click Yes
3. Click Skip when asked to add a second layout
4. Connect to the network via network cable
5. Accept License Agreement
6. SKIP when asked to name your device
7. Select Set up for work or school than select Next

8. Select Sign-in options
9. Next Select Domain Join Instead
10. Type in "admin" (without the quotes) when asked who's going to use this device?
11. Enter "1234Password!" (without the quotes) for the password. IT will change this later.
12. Enter random questions and answers on the next few screens and click Next
13. Skip setting up Face ID
14. Proceed through the next few screens (no entries required)
Your PC will start getting ready and log you in automatically. This can take a few minutes. Continue the steps below to join the remote session once you're logged in and see the desktop.
Next, join the remote support session to allow IT to manage and setup the PC.
1. Visit http://support.lyndendoor.com
2. Inform IT and await a session code.
3. Input the code, and install the downloaded package. (If the file is marked insecure, click the three dots and select 'keep')
