Method A (Preferred)

1. Press the Windows key, or open the Windows search bar.

2. type in: \\dc-prtsvr1 to open the print server.

3. Search for, or navigate to, the printer you need using the name and model number. 

4. Right click the printer you would like to connect to and click Connect...

4. Wait for any drivers to finish installing. Once installed, you may need to restart your application to see the printer.

Method B

If the printer you are looking for does not appear in the list, please refer to method A, or contact the helpdesk for assistance. 

Open P: > PCSetup > Tools > Install-Printer.exe program and follow instructions in the video below (you need to sign in with your @lyndendoor.com account before you can access the video).
