NOTE: Only Mitel 6920 C series and above are compatible with this. Some options under settings menu do not appear in B or A series. 6930 are also compatible.
Plug in the power cord. Connect Yealink headset base via USB to the back of the Mitel phone.
Press the Settings button (Gear icon)
Navigate to Audio > Headset
- Set "Headset Volume" to Medium
- Set "DHSG" to On/Enabled
- Set "USB Wireless" to Enabled
Save your changes.
Press the Settings button (Gear icon)
Go to Audio Mode
- Set to "Handset/Speaker"
Save your changes.
Place the headset on the base and wait 5 minutes for it to charge before using it.
