Admin Tools

Admin specific tools can be found here along with access to the general site-wide settings. Manager Tools

These tools help manage user requests to enroll in ILTs. There's also a Conversation tracker called "One on Ones" which is used to document different types of conversations had with an Employee. Approve Requests This dialog shows any pending requests by a managers employees to attend ILTs. One on Ones This tool is used for tracking one on one conversations with Employees. Calendar

The Calendar displays all ILTs on a month by month basis along with an ILT list on the right. All Users have access to the calendar. ILTs are displayed as blue buttons with a name, start time, and end time, inside the date boxes. - Sync Calendar to Outlook Sync ILT schedule to Outlook Calendar. Settings

This dialog provides the Admin with tools and settings for the platform. While most of the options and fields are related to the ILT generator for onboarding, the settings dialog is also where user permissions are set. Org Chart

The Organization Chart shows the structure of groups within the Skyprep LMS. It can be access by clicking this button. When a user is first created, they're placed into a group based on the name of their supervisor or department. In the Org Chart, the hierarchy of groups are arranged by Supervisor email and department. The Employee Chart button on the bottom bar will switch to a different perspective. GCF Courses

Opens a window within the page to the GCF course menu. Users can pick a category from the top bar then choose from the lower the buttons a topic, subject, and tutorial to view. Selected topics, subjects, and tutorials have a flashing blue border. When a user completes a tutorial, it will turn green indicating its completion. Skyprep

Skyprep can be accessed by clicking this button which opens a window within the page linking the user to the Skyprep Learning Management System. Once the window opens, the user is automatically logged in and has normal access to the Skyprep site from within Beyond Skyprep. Wordpress

Beyond Skyprep is built on Wordpress. You may have noticed the bar in the image below at the top of the screen after having logged in. The Logout button is found by hovering your mouse cursor over your name at the top right then clicking the Log Out button in the drop down menu.

ILT Setup

This tutorial covers the topic of creating a course with ILTs to operate with Beyond SkyPrep's Auto-Enroll feature. The Auto-Enroll feature essentially enrolls newly created users into ILT timeslots that are automatically created every Friday at 3pm or whenever they are approved through the approval system. Start by creating a course on the Skyprep website. Then Click add Course content. You would add the number of ILTs for each class day that you want generated (I.e Day One, Day Two, etc)...

Automation

Beyond Skyprep has automated features to assist in reducing mundane and time consuming tasks. Aspects of these features can be modified under settings, but generally speaking they're set up to assist Employee Development Department in creating their onboarding schedule.
